How to use this 988bet FAQ
This page brings together the most common questions that reach the 988bet support team — straight from Brazilian users who bet on the Brasileirão, play at the Live Casino, or use Pix to deposit and withdraw. All answers are straightforward and based on the platform's current rules.
Each question is organized by category to make browsing easier. If you're in a hurry, use the search bar above or click directly on the category you're looking for. If you still can't find your answer, our support team is available 24 hours a day via live chat on the platform or by email at suporte@988bet.express.
Tip: the most frequently asked questions by 988bet users in Brazil revolve around three topics — how long a Pix withdrawal takes, how the welcome bonus rollover works, and what to do when login isn't working. You'll find detailed answers to all three just below.
Registration & Account
Visit the
988bet registration page and fill out the form with your full name, CPF, date of birth, email address, mobile number, and password. After submitting the form, you'll receive a confirmation email — click the link and your account is active immediately. The whole process takes less than 3 minutes on your phone. No documents are required to create an account; they are only requested before your first withdrawal.
No documents are required to create an account. Identity verification (KYC) is requested before your first withdrawal and requires: an official photo ID (RG, CNH, or passport) and proof of address issued within the last 3 months (utility bill, internet bill, or bank statement). The review process typically takes less than 24 hours after documents are submitted.
No. 988bet allows only one account per CPF. Creating multiple accounts to claim additional bonuses is prohibited and will result in all involved accounts being blocked, with balances forfeited. Members of the same household may register individually using their own CPFs, provided each account is used exclusively by its owner.
On the
988bet login, click "Forgot my password." Enter your registered email address and you'll receive a reset link within 2 minutes. The link is valid for 30 minutes — if it expires, simply request a new one. If you can't find the email, check your spam folder. If you don't remember your registered email, contact support at suporte@988bet.express with the subject line "Account Recovery."
To request account closure, contact support at suporte@988bet.express with the subject line "Account Closure". Before the account is closed, any available real balance will be returned via Pix. Bonus balances that have not met the rollover requirement will be forfeited. If the reason for closure is related to gambling difficulties, we recommend using the permanent self-exclusion option available in the responsible gambling tools
Responsible Gambling, which also blocks new registrations using the same CPF.
Deposits & Withdrawals
Pix withdrawals are processed within minutes of approval — any day of the week, including Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays. 988bet's internal processing time ranges from a few minutes to up to 24 hours in cases requiring manual security review. Once approved by 988bet, the Pix transfer reaches the user's bank account within seconds. The minimum withdrawal is R$ 30.00 and the platform charges no fees.
988bet exclusively accepts Brazilian payment methods in BRL (R$): Pix (recommended — instant, available 24/7), boleto bancário (up to 3 business days), credit and debit cards, PicPay, Mercado Pago, and TED bank transfer (Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, and others). Foreign currency transactions and international payment methods are not accepted.
The minimum deposit at 988bet is R$ 20.00, applicable to all accepted payment methods. The minimum withdrawal is R$ 30.00 via Pix. There is no fixed maximum withdrawal amount, but transactions above certain thresholds may be subject to additional security verification in accordance with the platform's internal policies. 988bet does not charge fees on deposits or Pix withdrawals.
The most common reason for a pending withdrawal is an incomplete identity verification (KYC). If this is your first withdrawal at 988bet, make sure you have submitted the required documents (photo ID and proof of address) and that they have been approved. If KYC has already been approved and the withdrawal is still pending, contact support via live chat or email at suporte@988bet.express, providing the withdrawal request number, the amount, and the method selected.
No. 988bet does not charge fees on deposits or Pix withdrawals. For withdrawals via other methods, check for any applicable fees at the time of the request within the platform. Any fees charged by your financial institution on TED transfers are the user's responsibility and are not controlled by 988bet.
Bonuses & Promotions
The 988bet welcome bonus gives you a 100% match on your first deposit, up to R$ 300.00, plus 50 free spins on selected slots. It is exclusive to new accounts. After making your first deposit, the bonus is automatically credited as bonus balance in your account — no need to contact support. To convert the bonus balance into real balance available for withdrawal, the rollover requirement set out in the promotion terms must be met. See full details on the
Welcome Bonus.
Rollover is the number of times the bonus amount must be wagered before it can be converted into real balance available for withdrawal. For example, with a 10x rollover on a R$ 100.00 bonus, you need to place bets totaling R$ 1,000.00 within the validity period. Only bets placed at the minimum odds specified in the promotion terms count toward the rollover. Canceled bets, bets on certain low-margin markets, and early withdrawals before completing the rollover will forfeit the bonus balance. Read the full terms on the
Welcome Bonus before activating.
If your bonus expires before you complete the full rollover requirement, any remaining bonus balance is automatically canceled. Your deposited real balance is not affected — only the bonus. The expiry period for each promotion is outlined in its specific offer terms. To avoid losing your bonus, check the deadline when you activate it and track your rollover progress in the bonus section of your account.
Yes. In addition to the welcome bonus, 988bet offers regular promotions for registered users — reload bonuses, weekly cashback on net losses, free spins on slots, boosted odds for Brasileirão Série A and Libertadores matches, and special offers for events like the Copa do Brasil and major e-sports tournaments. Active promotions appear in the promotions section of your account after login. Users under a self-exclusion period do not receive promotional offers.
Sports Betting
988bet covers a wide range of sports and competitions, with a strong focus on Brazilian football: Brasileirão Série A and Série B, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, Sudamericana, and the top European leagues. Beyond football, the platform offers betting on volleyball, basketball (NBB), MMA and UFC, tennis, Formula 1, e-sports (CS2, League of Legends, Valorant, Free Fire), and much more. Most events feature both pre-match and live markets.
With 988bet live betting, odds update in real time as the match unfolds. You can place bets while the game is in progress — whether it's Brasileirão, Libertadores, or e-sports events. To access live betting, log in, go to the "Live" section, and select the event you want. The platform is optimized for mobile, so you can watch the odds shift and place bets directly from your Android or iPhone screen without any lag.
If an event is cancelled, postponed by more than 24 hours, or not held at the original date and venue, bets are typically voided and the staked amount is returned to the account balance. For accumulator bets, the cancelled event is removed and winnings are recalculated based on the remaining selections. Specific rules vary by sport and market type — check the betting terms on the platform for full details.
At 988bet, odds are displayed in decimal format (the most common in Brazil). To calculate the total return on a bet, multiply your stake by the odds — for example, R$ 50.00 × 2.50 = R$ 125.00 total return (including your R$ 50.00 stake). Your net profit would be R$ 75.00. The platform automatically calculates the potential return as you type your stake amount, so you can see exactly how much you stand to win before confirming.
Casino & Games
To access the
988bet Live Casino, log in to your account and click the "Live Casino" section in the main menu. You'll find blackjack, baccarat, roulette, and poker tables with real dealers streamed in high definition. Some tables feature Portuguese-speaking dealers. No additional download is needed — the Live Casino runs directly in your mobile or desktop browser, with streaming technology optimized for 4G and 5G connections.
Yes. The slots available at 988bet are provided by internationally recognized suppliers that publish the RTP (Return to Player) for each game. The RTP indicates how much, on average over many rounds, a game returns to players. Typical values range from 94% to 97%. Each slot displays its RTP on the game information screen. Providers undergo regular independent audits to ensure the integrity of results.
Crash games are titles where a multiplier starts at 1x and climbs continuously until it "crashes" at a random moment. The goal is to cash out before the crash happens. In Aviator, for example: you bet R$ 20.00, the multiplier rises to 3x and you hit "Cash Out" — you receive R$ 60.00. If the crash happens before you cash out, your bet is lost. It's a different format from traditional slots — more interactive, with real-time decisions. Crash games are found in the casino section of 988bet.
At 988bet, blackjack follows classic rules: the goal is to get as close to 21 as possible without going over, beating the dealer. Number cards are worth their face value, face cards are worth 10, and Aces count as 1 or 11. Available actions are Hit, Stand, Double Down, and Split. The dealer hits on anything below 17 and stands on 17 or more. A natural blackjack pays 3:2. See more details and available variations on the
Blackjack.
Security & Privacy
988bet uses SSL/TLS encryption on all communications between the user's device and the platform's servers — the same technology used by major Brazilian banks. Personal data is handled in compliance with the General Data Protection Law (LGPD — Law No. 13,709/2018). Financial information, such as Pix and card details, is processed by certified payment systems. 988bet does not sell or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes. Our team can temporarily block access while we investigate. Never share your password with anyone — our team will never ask for it.
No. 988bet will never ask for your password by email, WhatsApp, SMS, or any other channel. Emails asking for your credentials are phishing attempts. Do not click on suspicious links or share any information. Forward the email to suporte@988bet.express with the subject line "Phishing Attempt" so the team can investigate. Responsible Gambling
988bet offers the following tools free of charge: deposit limits (daily, weekly, or monthly), session time limits, temporary self-exclusion (24h, 7, or 30 days), permanent self-exclusion (irreversible), and a full history of bets and deposits. All tools are available in the "Responsible Gambling" section of your account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases take 7 days. For more information, visit the
Responsible Gambling.
No. Temporary self-exclusion — whether for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days — cannot be reversed before the chosen period ends. This rule exists to protect users from impulsive decisions in moments when the urge to play is strongest. Once the period expires, the account is reactivated automatically. Permanent self-exclusion is completely irreversible — it is not possible to reactivate the account or create a new one with the same CPF.
No. 988bet services are exclusively available to individuals aged 18 and over who reside in Brazil. Date of birth is collected during registration and verified during the KYC process before the first withdrawal. Accounts identified as belonging to minors are closed immediately. If you suspect a minor has created a 988bet account, contact us at suporte@988bet.express with the subject line "Minor Protection — Urgent". We recommend that parents and guardians use parental control software on shared devices.
Customer Support
988bet support is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, in Portuguese, through two channels: live chat within the platform (the fastest option — we typically respond within minutes) and email at suporte@988bet.express. For urgent matters such as withdrawal issues, account access, or security concerns, use live chat. For less urgent questions or cases that require document submission, email works best. Our team responds exclusively in Portuguese.
If your initial support interaction didn't resolve your issue, you can request a case review by emailing suporte@988bet.express with the subject line "Case Review — [brief description of the issue]", including your previous support ticket number (if available). A review team will assess the case within 48 hours. 988bet is committed to providing a definitive response for all cases formally submitted by email, regardless of complexity.
Yes, the 988bet app is available for both Android and iOS. However, downloading the app is not required — the platform works fully through your mobile browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox) with no loss of features. Live betting, casino, Pix deposits, and all account settings work perfectly via browser. The main advantage of the app is real-time push notifications for live bets, results, and promotions. The same login credentials work on both versions.
988bet is organized into sections accessible from the main menu: Football (highlighting the Brasileirão and other national and international competitions), Sports Betting (all other sports), E-sports, Casino, Live Casino, and Blackjack. The welcome bonus and other promotions are in a dedicated section, accessible after login. For withdrawals, deposits, and account settings, click the profile icon in the top corner of the screen. Not sure where to find something? The live support chat can guide you in real time.
