1. Registration & Eligibility

To create an account on 988bet and access any of its services, the user must fully meet the following eligibility requirements:

Users must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. Required details include: full legal name as shown on an official ID, CPF, date of birth, full address, active mobile number, and a valid email address. 988bet reserves the right to request additional documents to verify identity at any time.

Only allowed one account per CPF, email address, and device. Creating duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any pending balances and bonuses.

2. User Account

Once the account has been successfully created, the user is solely responsible for keeping their login credentials — username and password — confidential. 988bet recommends using a strong password that is unique to this platform and never shared with anyone.

• The user is responsible for all bets and transactions made while logged into their account.
• Account ownership may not be transferred to third parties.
• The account is personal and non-transferable. Placing bets on behalf of third parties is not permitted.
• Account balances do not earn interest or any monetary adjustment while held on the platform.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

4. Bonuses & Promotions

• Eligibility: Each bonus has eligibility criteria that may include deposit method, minimum amount, game category, or account status. Please review the criteria before activating any bonus.
• Rollover (wagering requirement): Any bonus credited as bonus balance is subject to a rollover requirement, which indicates how many times the bonus amount must be wagered before it can be converted into real balance available for withdrawal. The rollover applies to winnings from the bonus, unless otherwise stated.
• Expiration period: Unused bonuses that expire within the stipulated timeframe are automatically canceled with no compensation.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally toward the rollover requirement. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live table games such as blackjack and baccarat may contribute between 10% and 20%. Please refer to the contribution table for each promotion.
• One bonus at a time: Two active bonuses cannot be held at the same time. Activating a new bonus automatically cancels any previously active bonus.

5. Sports Betting Rules

Sports Betting at 988bet covers football (Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, Premier League, and other leagues), volleyball, basketball (NBB and international leagues), tennis, MMA, UFC, e-sports, and other sports available on the platform. The following rules apply:

• All bets are final once confirmed by the system. A confirmed bet cannot be canceled by the user, except where a specific cash out offer applies.
• Bets are valid at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation, regardless of any subsequent updates.
• For events postponed by less than 48 hours, bets remain valid. Postponements of more than 48 hours result in the cancellation of bets with a full refund of the amount wagered.
• Permanently canceled events result in all bets being voided, with the wagered amount returned to the account balance.
• Obvious odds errors — values clearly outside a reasonable market range — may be voided by 988bet with a full refund of the amount wagered.
• Live betting is processed in real time and may be suspended during critical moments in the game (goals, red cards, penalties). Bets submitted during a suspension may be canceled.
• 988bet reserves the right to limit the maximum bet amount per user, market, or event.

• In the event of a technical error resulting in an incorrect payment to the user, 988bet reserves the right to correct the balance and recover the erroneously paid amounts.
• 988bet's total maximum liability to an individual user in any dispute is limited to the available balance in the user's account at the time of the incident.

11. Account Closure

Account closure by the user: Users may request account closure at any time through support. Before closure, all withdrawals of available balance must be requested. Unfulfilled bonus balances are non-withdrawable and will be cancelled.

Closure by 988bet: 988bet reserves the right to close or suspend any account without prior notice in the following cases:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or illicit activity.
• Providing false information during registration or verification.
• Abusive behavior directed at staff, dealers, or other users on the platform.
• Permanent self-exclusion request submitted by the user.
